Resumen
«Somos herederos de gloriosas tradiciones» es una frase que siempre me ha acompañado en mi carrera militar. Apuntes fotográficos viene a ser un anecdotario que acerca al lector una serie de vivencias y coincidencias que sitúan al CECAF (Centro Cartográfico y Fotográfico del Ejército del Aire) como pionero de la Fotografía Aérea y sus posteriores usos en Cartografía, Fotointerpretación e investigaciones científicas, que creó además una escuela en el Aeródromo de Cuatro Vientos para la instrucción de futuros especialistas en la materia.
Les presento una serie de personajes históricos, la mayoría conocidos, otros no tanto, que han estado presentes en esta corta y admirable historia de la Aviación Militar Española.
Ahora tienen que continuar ustedes, la inquietud, la búsqueda de más datos, den rienda suelta a la imaginación y naveguen con sus sueños, Capa, Alonso, Herrera y tantos otros les están esperando.

Abstract
«We are the heirs of glorious traditions» it is a phrase that has always accompanied me in my military career. Photographic notes are an anecdote that brings the reader a series of experiences and coincidences that place the CECAF (Cartographic
and Photographic Center of the Air Force) as a pioneer of Aerial Photography and its later uses in Cartography, Photointerpretation and scientific research, creating in addition a school in the Cuatro Vientos Aerodrome for the future specialists instruction in the matter.
I present you a series of historical characters, the most of whom are known, others not so much, who have been present in this short and admirable story of the Spanish Military Aviation.
Now you have to continue with the restlessness, the search for more data, unleash the imagination and navigate with your dreams, Capa, Alonso, Herrera and many others are waiting for you.
